Good Buying Experience Overall

Pros:

Buying the car was very low pressure.

Cons:

After market extended warranty was high pressure.

Second Honda Dealership visited. Salesman engagement was very good and direct. Little or no negotiation needed for me. The high pressure aftermarket extended warranty was a bit of a let down. The selection on the lot was good - not great.

Poor serivce, poor product, awful salesman/experience

Purchased a Kia Sedona through this dealership. Buying process was typical. Salesman working all negotiations through sales manager. Slow, tedious process that was just to drawn out. F&I tried to add on and continued my new car buying experience misery.
