Found a 2007 MKX online. After several e-mails and responses with their Internet Sales Manager we felt comfortable taking the long journey to Fairfields in NH. Found the vehicle to be as promised. However I consider myself to be competent on used vehicles and very fussy on condition when selecting and purchasing. (I looked for 2 years before purchasing my town car). Each question or observation I had was answered ,not with final price ultimatums but meaningful discussion toward resolution. Solutions came with a choice at my discretion (They would have tires replaced or reduce price by "X") They were at 65 - 70 % but as I said I am very fussy. I cannot say how many times I was asked "What can we do to earn your business"? Having said that however, this is a business transaction , and both parties have threshholds on what is acceptable. They did earn my business and I would have no issues making another 9 hour drive to make it "Repeat" business.
