Took 2004 Prius to Hurlbert for minor recall work and wound up with damaged water pump that had never been a problem....service manager very rude and master technician scoffed at the idea they may have caused the I'm stuck with$300 repair not trust this dealership!!

I know it's often more popular to use these sites for complaints but my experience once again at Hurlbert was fantastic. I used to avoid dealership repairs and service because I found them more expensive than private repair shops. Add to this the feeling that a dealership always seemed to find items...
