Well, I won't be wasting my time at this dealership again. My wife and I were in the market for a new Camry or Matrix. We had actually just been to IRA in Manchester but decided to stop by Hurlbert since it was close by. We wondered the lots for about 20 minutes, several times by the sales offices, and no one even remotely came close to coming out and asking us if we needed help. Actually saw a sales man ride by on a cart without asking us if we needed help or another couple that was looking at new cars. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. As sales men I would think that they would want to make as many sales as they can and that usually means talking to people but what do I know. Some would say we should have gone in and asked for help but I've never run into that situation before at any other dealership. The sales force at other dealerships were always eager to approach the customer. I guess that's asking alittle much from Herlbert. Either way there are plenty of dealerships around and I took my business else where. No loss to me.
