Ed, the service agent, is a nice guy

Cons:

Nissan of Reno's service is vastly overpriced and untrustworthy.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any business!!!! Would be too long to describe all of it, but here's the summary. Took car for warranty service. Said would take 2 days.
