MEDIOCRE to HORRIBLE SERVICE

They get job done on time

Cons:

One of them may ruin the name

I would like to warn you to stay away from service manager Tim.  He is not professional at all.  When I service the Scion tC 2006, he lost the key to the wheel lock, 1 month ago.  He promised me that dealer is going to order another key for me.  Until today, I was not contacted.
