I searched for quite a while looking for a small sedan with sleek features. Cadillac of Las Vegas was a breeze once I found the car. They emailed a quote and upon sugning, the quote was honored. I love the CT4 and I highly reccommend this dealership! Everyone was professional. The process of getting the car I wanted was easy.

First Cadillac buying experience

Had a great buying experience with Thomas from Cadillac of Las Vegas in purchasing our 2024 XT4. We felt he was less pushy and more forthright than the other local Cadillac dealer. And he took the time to walk through, explain and ultimately show us the various options even though we pulled up to the dealership in a 2011 Chevy HHR.

2018 kia cadenza

Cadillac sold me a vehicle with moonroof issues, they know I live in California after Sean told me to take it and get it checked to fix he stopped communicating with me, 3 text and calls later last call 3 weeks ago and nothing. Very bad service, great sales person tho Mindy thank you.

Service Department

The service department was a terrible experience for me. My service technician Doug was absolutely confrontational and not helpful whatsoever. I bought a certified pre owned 2021 Escalade platinum that was under full warranty. When I took my car in to fix the passenger puddle light, Doug told me that it would take a couple days to troubleshoot the problem. Once he learned the vehicle was fully covered, he told me the person who bought the car before me bought the puddle lights aftermarket. This is not true because the light was a standard feature for the year and model. He tried to tell me that Cadillac doesn’t have or sell the puddle lamps and to see if auto zone had them, this was so ridiculous to me and didn’t make any sense. I was also there to replace the cabin air filter which i’m not sure it was ever replaced because the notification in my car was never reset. A few days later I had bird droppings on my windshield and tried to wash it off using my wiper fluid and the vehicle didn’t have any. I’m truly disappointed in the dealerships ability to service these high end expensive vehicles. I also purchased the maintenance package which pays for oil changes and fluid top off but now I’m regretting that decision, they seem very shady to me.

Good transaction

I was looking for a 2019 Cadillac ATS-V and found one at LV Cadillac in Las Vegas. I spoke with Mindy throughout the negotiations, and she was very professional and helpful. And when I flew from Northern California to Las Vegas she arranged for me to be picked up at the airport and brought to the dealership to see the car in person, and also recommended nearby accommodations which made it a very smooth and well organized trip. And in addition to Mindy, the other employees, Shelby in finance, and the transportation driver, were also helpful and nice. Also, when I found that the Owner's and other Manuals were missing, Mindy ordered new manuals for me at no charge.

Cadillac SRX repair

I had a wonderful service rep named Doug. Great guy , I had an appointment and he checked me in quickly and I was there to have have my hatch door hydraulic repaired. This was my second trip as I waited the first time for an hour then was told the part had to be ordered. No big deal, I trust this garage and service. I returned a week later, for the repair. I take care of my 5 year old Granddaughter every day and had her with me. We went into the waiting area and waited over 2.5 hours! That's a LONG time for one hydraulic lift pump to be screwed in to my back door?!? Especially with a 5 year old sitting in a waiting room? We waited patiently, I was getting frustrated with the long wait for such a minor repair and I also need to say we had an APPOINTMENT! The waiting area was filled to capacity so I eventually went to find Doug for an update on my car and after he checked he said it was finished! I LOVE this service department, however, they MUST accommodate their service garage with MORE mechanics and definitely service the customers with APPOINTMENTS FIRST! Doug is a wonderful service REP and is overwhelmed with all the customers! Cadillac owners come here because of QUALITY service I agree, however PLEASE work on speeding up and scheduling repairs in a much better way for those of us that have appointments.I say this because I will really wait a much longer time to bring my car in for servicing because I don't have a whole morning or afternoon to SIT in the waiting area especially with a 5 year old. Please Cadillac West if our service will be LONGER than 1 hour, inform us and provide us with a rental to use until our cars are ready. This is the BEST way to keep customers who LOVE their Cadillac and their Local Cadillac Dealer and Service Department and you want us to keep coming back!
