I've wanted a MINI Cooper since before they came to the U.S., so when it was time for a new car, I headed over to Markel MINI. I was impressed with their service from the start, when my salesperson, Natalie, greeted us outside as we were walking up to the building. Everything about the experience was wonderful. Natalie did everything she could to make sure that I got the car I wanted. She was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions, and she took me through a tour of the car's controls -- very helpful when you buy a new car! She also programmed my phone into my car's Bluetooth, so I didn't have to mess with it myself. I've never had a car-buying experience take so long, but when you figure that I test-drove three cars and that Natalie ensured that I knew everything about my car before driving it off the lot, you understand that superb service takes a bit longer. I was also impressed with the paperwork process. We waited in the lounge while the paperwork was drafted, and I only had to go in and sign the forms. Quick and easy. I felt like Markel MINI will be there no matter what, for whatever I need for my car, and that's a great feeling. Natalie and the sales manager also followed up with me by telephone the couple of days after I bought my car to see whether I had any questions and to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend any of Markel's dealerships.
