They can't be trusted, but they are the only dealership for 75 miles.

Pros:

BMW Makes the finest cars

Cons:

I have to drive 50 miles to the next BMW dealer

Took my BMW X3 in for the scheduled free maintenance. Turns out it needed new brake pads. Later in the evening drove the car home after work the brakes locked up and car would not move.
