Find Mitsubishi Dealers in Buffalo, New York

I test drove and loved an 08 Sypder GS Manual w/leather today and was given some numbers. I didn't push too hard, since it is the beginning of the month, but think I have settled on this vehicle. They had 8 of them and Buffalo winter is just about to start = I can't imagine this is a hot item right now. I am looking for the money factor and residual for the vehicle. As per all of your previous advice, I asked the dealer to give me a quote with only the fees down, no cap cost reduction and was quoted the following: $27,483 MSRP ??????? Sale Price 391 x 48 @ 15,000 miles per year Cars direct has this vehicle selling in my area for $200 under invoice, so I should be able to get it for $25,795. As a side note, I was in there today (Saturday), it was 65 and sunny - you could have set a cannon off in the showroom. They didn't have another customer the entire three hours I was there. I am going to wait until the end of the month to more forcefully negotiate. I am interested in knowing what the current programs are.

You might find some aggressive pricing in the Boston MA area, if you wish to travel further south. Also, why not upstate NY? You share a common border there as well. Syracuse area, or Buffalo area. Go to the Mitsubishi USA website. I would suspect more aggressive pricing would be found towards Boston. More competition there.

Carlisle Mitsubishi no longer exists, correct? That leaves us Marina and Cortese. I think I know which one. That would be the one closer to Lake Ontario, correct? Buffalo dealerships had plenty more in stock. The one off Transit Road is the one I stopped in at recently. Again, no clue as to what they would discount. The other writer in this forum got his for $1200. off factory invoice, which I assume also includes a port fee and advertising fee and financial reserve? These are numbers NEVER MENTIONED with companies like Edmunds or KBB, as they claim those numbers can and do vary regionally, except the port fee? Also...why the Lancer over the new Nissan Sentra? Just curious, I was cross shopping them. Sentra does a bit better with fuel consumption, and is definitely quieter on the inside. Seats were great too, in the Sentra.

Here in western NY state...Rochester, Buffalo region...no indications of significant discounting. Those claiming to get $700 or $1200. UNDER invoice have had smoke blown at them. Why? Because they had a TRADE-IN involved! A shell game can be played when your trade gets involved in the negotiation. The $500. owners or college rebate is a stand-alone issue and is straightforward to me. Anyone aware of any dealer in western/central NY with serious discounting without a trade in, please contact me! The same also for any dealers in South Florida, Palm Beach County and Broward county too!
