Had a good buying experience and have been great at answering questions so far. We bought the MPP, (maint protection plan) an interior protection product that offers free car washes, and a set # of detail services, so are waiting to see how that all goes. Were doing paperwork and such late after closing, so had to take the vehicle back a few days later for detail. Calling to set that up was a little confusing. No one seemed to know what I needed or where to go. I wound up talking to the salesman again. But everyone very friendly. I asked that they put the interior protector spray on that day, but I don't think it got done. No one could really tell me though. I will call the dealer and I don't expect any problems. The sales manger, salesman, finance guy have all said to please call them with any questions/problems... I have been pleased so far.
