Service Rating Tool lost in the toolbox By mdmna on 5/27/08 12:00:00 AM PDT

Recommend this dealer? No

Dealers has "evening hours" for service. An oximoron! With out getting wordy-couldn't do the service needed because of "tool is probably lost in a tool box somewhere!". Lovely! WASTE, WASTE, WASTE! Time, gas, and goodwill at work! Not the first time, becomes cummulative. Sloppy care of small things....
