I've been to a lot of service departments in my years, but Lee's Summit Nissan easily beats them all! It's clean, friendly and fast! I've only had to take my vehicle in for routine maintenance and they've always got me in and out super fast. They have a TV, free Wi-Fi, Coffee/Hot Chocolate and video...
