Good: sales consultant Kris knows the product better than most Good: nice facility Good: location is convenient Good: price negotiation was easy and straightforward Mediocre: sales consultant Kris can "wear you out" a little < hint...slow down, talk less, come off as a little less arrogant...it will help you in the long run. > Mediocre: wierd "Jerry Springer" style fan slowly rotating on showroom floor...kept waiting for everyone to start chanting "Jer-ry" Bad: our delivery appointment was chaos, business office not ready, paperwork not ready, ended up being late to work after picking up car despite arriving 15 min early, everyone pointed finger at everyone else in the store as to who was at fault for our delivery being botched. We arrived excited to pick up our new Mazda, left pissed off that our morning was ruined and the dealership had totally screwed up the delivery. Finance guy tried to print 12.5% APR on our paperwork, I caught it fortunately and he changed it to 2.9%. Glad I caught that. Shouldn't have had to.
