we live 60 miles from dealer and went in for oil change. we were sent home in a loaner. they brought our car to us and it came out with a new water pump and timing belt. when asked to see parts we are told "you do not need them and we do not keep them!" this cost us $2,000.00!! Every employee here is unfailingly nice, & every visit is pleasant -- unless you have tire problems on a new LS430.
