Awesome Experience

odd is awesome!! This car buying purchase was our greatest experience ever and that is due to the excellent, I mean excellent service that Todd provided. The whole dealership is friendly, you don't get 50 people asking if they can help you they all know what is going on, where your vehicle is and who's bringing it to you. From the moment we pulled up, through test drives, decision making, finance dept even the service department it is top notch all the way around. Todd also has great customer follow up and follow through, he called the next day to make sure we didn't have any questions and we were using all the features that came on the vehicle and then today we received a post card in the mail from Todd. If your looking to buy a car, go see Todd you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Experience

I purchased a certified pre owned Lincoln MKZ from Northtowne and couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. I emailed briefly with Paul Reeves before calling to set up a test drive. He was very forthcoming and no pressure. He rode along and explained some features, but mostly we chatted and he made me feel very comfortable about choosing to buy from him. I got a low rate, a fair trade on my car and a good price on my new MKZ. I also had a great experience with John in the finance department who explained everything, answered my questions and was fun to chat with as I was signing paperwork.

Fantastic car buying experience

From the time I walked in the door, I was treated with respect and kindness. I was looking for a Lincoln MKZ and Walt W. was patient and showed me several models. Once I decided on the car I wanted, the dealership made it so easy to purchase the car and I drove the car home that day. It seemed to me that Northtowne Lincoln will bend over backwards to make the customer happy. I had been to a different dealership the day before and they wanted me to make them happy, not the other way around. I had excellent assistance and guidance at Northtowne Lincoln. I highly recommend this dealership!

Paul was patient, honest, and worked very hard to find the best car for me! I am so happy I was able to work with him!
