Excuses for Everything

My first experience with the service department was over windows hanging when rolling up or down, well I went to have it inspected and the first comment was "did we tint your windows or did you have someone else tint them?" This didn't set a good attitude with me or my wife, it seemed before I had explained myself he was already placing blame on someone else. After we explained the situation he went and got some silicone spray and sprayed in all over my freshly tinted windows, Thankfully Auto Trim and Design of Pearl, MS who tinted my windows corrected the problem which was a double seal that had turned down. Simple fix yet Honda was making excuses and placing blame elsewhere.
