I received a letter from Ford indicating our Freestyle had a brake problem. They gave me a choice to take car to dealer, replace brakes or if I've replaced brakes take letter and receipt to dealer for a refund. I had the brakes replaced at 32000 miles at Firestone about a year ago,  I still have ...
