Terrible Experience

I received a letter from Ford indicating our Freestyle had a brake problem. They gave me a choice to take car to dealer, replace brakes or if I've replaced brakes take letter and receipt to dealer for a refund. I had the brakes replaced at 32000 miles at Firestone about a year ago, I still have the receipt, imagine that. I took the letter and receipt as directed to Homer Skelton, purchased car at this dealer, and was told in a rude manner, that they needed to see the car. This was not a requirement in the recall letter, I was driving my truck at the time. I pointed this our to the "service manager" and he made an off the wall comment toward me and also refused to help. Anyway to make a long story short. If Homer Skelton Ford allows it's employees to treat "customers" with no respect, how do they stay in business. I will not and would not recommend buying anything from this dealer. There are too many dealers that want your business. Oh yeah, I took the letter and receipt to Lander's Ford, in my pick-up, no problem,, I got a check in two days.
