WORST EXPERIENCE BY FAR at a car dealership. I went looking for a bargain, talked down the price of the car I wanted. Slept on it. Made an offer the next day that they refused (which I was fine with). The salesman I dealt with this day treated me like I was a complete idiot. The next day they called me back and accepted my offer. They said they would wait while I thought about it. I called back within an hour or so and said I was good with it, they said ok. Then they called me back and said the car was sold, after they had just confirmed with me that the car was mine. I called and talked to a manager expressing my frustration (the guy's name was Mark Mercury) and he could not acted more disinterested with the matter. He was [non-permissible content removed] if I ever spoke to one. The salesman proceeded to insult my intelligence by offering me a different car well out of my previously discussed price range. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AND I SUGGEST NONE OF YOU DO EITHER!
