Our salesman Mr. Marcell Morris was good. He was friendly, not too pushy, and helpful. But one of the manager (big african american guy - can't remember his name) was rude. He doesn't know the meaning of "customer". He must be sent for immediate customer support training, otherwise this dealership will loose some customers because of him. One more bad thing about this dealership is 50% of our time was spent on waiting. The only reason I bought vehicle from this dealership is because of the salesman and we had VPP discount. But considering their sister dealer Gray Daniels - Toyota, this dealership has lots of way to improve in achieving customer satisfaction.
