I was entirely satisfied with the customer service I recieved at this dealership. I had been car shopping for 2 months and had been to 9 dealerships. Lexus of Wayzata was the ONLY dealership that provided me with exception customer service and treated me like a true customer even though I was a young female shopping by myself. All the other 9 dealerships didn't take me seriously and some were even rude. I was so pleasantly surprised and look forward to seeing how their Service staff is as well.
