Recently, I visited several different dealerships in my search for a new car and while all of them had cars that I liked, only one dealership stood out in terms of customer service and that was Morrie's Mazda in Minnetonka. From start to finish, Curt B. (my sales consultant) was professional, thorough, friendly and authentic. He has great listening skills, answered all the questions that I asked and, whenever possible, he even took the time to show me how various features of the car worked (i.e when I asked how a phone works with the system, he had me take out my phone and we actually synced it via bluetooth to the car system and I made and received a call). For me, buying a new car was a great experience. I never felt pressured or rushed during the process and by the time I was ready to make a decision, I had everything I needed to make my choice. It is people like Curt who make the Morrie's Mazda "Buy Happy" slogan possible. His product knowledge, people skills and commitment to customer service are exceptional and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great car buying experience!
