Pros:
The techs and parts guys know Saabs.
Cons:
At the new store, the techs are too far away from the service writers.

Most inept dealer i have ever dealt with

time, lack of knowledge, rude - this is not a Cadillac dealer

Do not go here for service!

These people do not have a clue what they are doing. Found out some of the mechanics and service writers are from corner quick lube places. They do not know ANYTHING about Cadillacs. They can not explain what a problem is or fix it for that matter if they do figure it...

Mediocare service at High prices

Pros:
They used to have free loaners, but I think they got rid of that...
Cons:
Expensive, poor service. Don't care attitude.

Morries is just down the road from where I work, so it's convient to get my car serviced there.  I've had it in for major and minor service about 4 times total.  Never once have I been impressed with the experience.
