Belzer's has great service, very friendly. Their pricing is by far the best I found while I was looking for a new vehicle. My salesperson Neal was awesome! I highly recommend going to see him. They have a wide selection of vehicles, more than other dealerships.

Great dealership!

Dave nowacki was above great there was a mix up as to which car we wanted but dave got it cleared up before i new about it. I was going to look at one car but changed my mind so it was my fault but dave took care of it like they screwed up All the people were great to work with. Dave would be the main reason i would go back an buy a new car. I forgot my plates but dave overnighted them before i called

I cant say enough good things about this experience. Excellent service by Tom, the salesman. Made sure that the car was ready for me bright and early. Andy in finance was a joy to work with and has a great sense of humor. Gary and Ryan, the sales managers, that helped put together the options for me were amazing. Ethan in accessories, helped get me those weathertech mats and even installed them for me instead of just throwing the box in the trunk as I have seen other dealerships do. I have bought other vehicles here- same brand even - and they still give me the full rundown on how to operate everything and make sure that everything is working perfectly. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Disinterested

I use to have great experience but the last two trips they were disinterested in mistakes they made previous along with lying about a commitment they made to call when they received a part they were going to order and never even ordered. I bought the vehicle new 11 years ago with only 50000 miles on now. Just do not drive it that often but it is worthy of care. Jeff

I had some engine issues with my Kia Telluride... I was advised from the warranty company to take it to the dealer where my vehicle was purchased, which was at Jeff Belzers Kia in Lakeville. I had the honor of working with Joseph whom helped me tremendously. He contacted the warranty company about the repairs on behalf, to ensure repairs will be covered. He advised me of other repairs my vehicle needed to be back to good health. I loved the fact that he was honest about needing a tire replacement without trying to upsale me on all new tires like other dealers and tire shops have done. I need a sensor repaired & he called the warranty company on my bahalf and the repair was included. Save me a ton of money. My car was dropped off and the next day it was ready. Love the communication and fast service. This dealership has an amazing team that goes above and beyond each time I visit. Thank You

My car was serviced at the time of my appointment and was done in time stated. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I just wish I didn't have to wait 2 months from the time I was notified of the recall to get it fixed!

From One Seltos to another

This is the second Seltos I have leased from Jeff Belzers. Both times the staff has been wonderful from start to finish. My first Seltos was a 2021 white pearl in color. When it was nearing the time to turn in my 2021 lease I called and spoke to a sales person who invited me to come in and chat regarding a new lease. What I found out was that the Seltos is a high demand vehicle and they had none on the lot. He did his research and found out they did have a 2024 Seltos coming in to their dealership. The only drawback was it was almost identical to the one I had, including the same white pearl color. Being a senior citizen safety is of the utmost importance to me as I drive my grandchldren around to different activities. To me it was a definite YES. I now have my new vechile and feel safe without a whole lot of new things to learn. I couldn't be happier.

Had heard positive about Jeff Belzer dealership, and they didn't disappoint me. Don't think you can find a better place to buy a Kia. Our sales person, Mike Voss was great, kept us updated on vehicles, very pleasant to deal, I give him 5 stars!!
