The sales person Mark Gilbertson was very nice when I purchased the car. Unfortunately it changed after the paperwork had already been done. They didn't let me know they wouldn't be giving me an extra key and refused to give me a spare. Also, with the purchase agreement Luther Nissan agreed to fix some scratches and dents that were on the car before I purchased it. When I had it returned to me, none of the dents or scratches appeared to be touched. A few weeks later my radio went out and transmission was having problems, so I took it in. Adam the service leader helped me and was a very nice guy.
