I had a very nice experience buying my new SRX from Marvin Hinton. He is very personable, very knowledgeable about the car, the dealership, etc. I would recommend him to anyone buying a new Cadillac. Also, the finance manager was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, did not try to talk me into every additional package for the car.

Great sales man Brian! I am glad I did business with him, a real gem. It was a big deal for me to even consider GM, Brian can tell you why. This is our fourth vehicle purchased through Key Cadillac. Two have been used and the last two new. We have had nothing but excellent experiences in dealing with Key Cadillac whether it was their sales or service personnel. They have always treated us professionally, fairly and given more than fair terms on the car purchases. We traded in the last vehicle in purchasing the new XTS and received more than we expected. Lisa was the administrative support person and I can assure you that she is the best. Quentin handled the sales aspect and gave us all of the time we needed relative to negotiating and then explaining the functions of the car. Would highly recommend anyone going to check out their cars. By the way, I love my new car. Really great ride with lots of bells and whistles.

I feel that I got a fair deal for the car I got, according to the car prices and information I found on edmunds and kelly blue book.
