Sales Experience

I have never purchased a Nissan car before. I had submitted a request through the Internet. I received a quick response and was offered to meet with someone that night after work. I was very impressed with the Salesman, Bill P. He was very professional. He did not use any high sales pressure tactics which I really liked and he added some personal touches. He stayed after the night I was looking at the cars to make sure I had all my questions answered.

Best experience ever!

I write this as a new owner of a 2012 fully loaded Nissan Rogue that I purchased from Feldmann Nissan. Because I've never bought a BRAND NEW vehicle before, I did a ton of research of what to buy, how to buy and where to buy. It appeared that I had settled on a dealership in Burnsville until I received a call from Wendy of Feldmann's Internet sales team wanting to talk to me about my interest. I avoided her calls for a few days but I finally answered the phone and I'm glad that I did. She was awesome to talk to and it was because of how we clicked in our first conversation was the reason I gave Feldmann a shot. Wendy connected me with Rebecca Yelle, as she thought Rebecca would be the best fit for me. I came to the dealership a bit reserved. Rebecca was great. We test drove the car, I thanked her for her time and decided on the drive home that because of that first experience that I would buy from Feldmann. I called her 2 days later and set an appointment to purchase. Because I had a trade in, I expected the appointment to take several hours. From boots in the door to boots out the door, the entire process took 45 minutes. That included the trade in evaluation, the offer/counter-offer, and final purchase agreement that I was happy with. Here's what's important to say to perspective car buyers about Feldmann: 1. Compared to other dealerships I've worked with in the past, Rebecca Yelle didn't spend the entire time in the car during the test drive trying to convince me that this was the car for me. She just talked to me about my life, interests, etc. Financing, credit applications, or even payment plans were NEVER mentioned. She only answered specific questions about the car when I asked. 2. When I returned to the dealership with the intention of making a purchase, my sales person maintained that friendliness with me. Her sales manager, Gary, was equally as friendly and gentle. The offer/counter-offer interaction was reasonable and respectful. I'll admit that I was a bit aggressive in what I wanted for my bottom line and was very surprised when it was accepted with enthusiasm by the sales team without any talking around in circles, shady sales tactics of making me sit in the middle of the showroom floor, etc. I felt like the prospect of my relationship with them was valuable and they were willing to make me as comfortable as possible. 3. I came to pick up the car last night and was greeted with smiles, congratulations, and hand shakes by various members of the Feldmann team. My new car had been detailed and was waiting at the front door for me. Rebecca spent a lot of time teaching me about my car, how to work the various technologies, how to pair my iPhone to the bluetooth, and who to call for servicing. At the end, she handed me the keys, gave me a hug and sent me on my way. This was the single most positive car buying experience I've ever had. I wish I had known of Feldmann in my earlier years.

Happy Leaf customer

I just bought a Nissan Leaf through Feldmanns. The process was seamless, Andy Rognes was knowledgeable about this new technology and was very good at walking me through the purchase which Nissan has mainly developed as a online ordering system. Andy jumped on a vehicle that was exactly what I wanted that became available, and I was able to bypass the 3 month average wait for the vehicle. Additionally, Brandon, the business manager was very affable to deal with in the financing dept. All around I felt I got a good deal, and was treated very well.

Wonderful Service!

I came into Feldmann looking to lease a Versa because of the price I had gotten on the Nissan website. Josiah showed me my options with the Versa and then asked if I would be interested in a Sentra instead for a lower price. He was very friendly and stayed with me for hours while I worked out the financial kinks.

Wonderful!

We had leased our Altima at Walser Nissan in Burnsville and we followed Brian S. to Feldman and he set us up with Damian and Brandon to help us get into a Rogue. They were wonderful! We were getting out of our lease early and they made everything work for us. The place was nicer too, they have manicures and massages for you while you get your oil change or work done. We will be going back when our lease is up and will be referring people.

I just bought a 2012 Nissan Maxima at Feldmann's and it was a great experience. My salesperson, Dameon Trigo, was very easy to work with and really knowledgeable about the car. No pressure, fair pricing and an overall pleasant buying experience. The dealership itself is quite nice--even has one of those Starbucks machines where it grinds and brews the coffee for you on demand. It was a very upscale experience. Thanks, Dameon and the rest of the team at Feldmann's!

Great Customer Service

All the staff I interacted with were terrific. Erin Mosher set me up with an appointment with Katie Sherman who was personable and attentive to my needs. I didn't feel any pressure to buy from her and she was honest with all my inquiries. Once I decided on my 2012 Sentra, it was smooth sailing from there. Financing with Brandon took minutes and was SUPER easy. I just had a wonderful experience overall. I'll be stopping in to say Hi to everyone when I'm there for maintenance.

These guys are FANTASTIC!!!

I bought a new 2010 Nissan Sentra about a year ago. First of all, I have had ZERO problems with the car itself in two years and I drive EVERYWHERE. I have not had to put a dime into it (besides oil changes and tire rotations,) which is a huge relief. I was 26 years old when I purchased this car. I look young, and was afraid the dealers wouldn't take me seriously, but they did. I got help from a man named Andy Rognes who was so patient, and understanding as I am quite a picky girly girl. I knew what I wanted in my car and they didn't have the specific car in their dealership. Instead of trying to get me to buy a car on their lot- he somehow located the car of my choice (which was pretty far away,) and had it sent to me. I also put a sunroof in the car, which they did very timely. He was very honest and not "pushy" which is why I will be a client of his for life. My boyfriend is in the market for a new car and am definitely sending him Andy's way.

Great Times at Feldmann

We just purchased our fourth vehicle from Nissan Feldmann (2 leases) and we keep coming back! Andy Rognes has been our sales rep each time and he's one of the main reasons we keep going back to Feldmann. Andy makes the whole process go very smoothly and he's very attentive to your needs. He's also great with our young kids. So much so, that I now have to hear the question: "When can we go back to the car store and see Andy?" almost daily. All of the staff we've come in contact with at Feldmann have also been very friendly and helpful. All in all, I would highly recommend Feldmann to anyone looking to purchase a Nissan (or Mercedes).
