I'm a Honda Guy, owning all Honda products. However, I'm so disgusted that Honda would let one of their dealerships be owned by Walser. My disgust started when I took my wife's Odessy in for scheduled maintenance and at her request asked Walser to replace a burned out light bulb for the in-dash clock. I was told that the lamp would cost about $3.00 and the labor would be $102.00! I reluctantly agreed (because my wife insisted) and after the work, drove the van home. On the way home I noticed that the light for the in-dash climate control was now out. The folowing day I called Walser service and explained what was going on and as expectedthey tld me to bring it back. Once there, i was then told that it would be another $107.00!! I was about to tear the place up, but Walser wasn't worth doing time over. The "service girl" was so apathetic. What a way to do business! Anyone that would do business with Walser and tolerate this kind of arrogance needs to be buying Buicks. I'll never go to a Walser dealership again.
