Thank you Walser (ie Jesse Rimpila) for helping us with our latest car purchase (2008 Honda Odyssey Touring). Jesse's communication, knowledge and customer service were paramount in helping my wife and I feel comfortable with our car purchase. Jesse was extremely knowledgeble of all aspects of the car and made the process enjoyable for my wife and me. However, Walser as a whole needs to improve the way they process used vehicles...some suggestions. I asked Walser sales repeatedly if the car could be gone over and again to detail the interior (stains were evident, etc.)....and that was not done (not Walser sales fault). Per Walser sales, interior detailing after vehicle is received by the dealer is not dealer protocol...I highly recommend that be changed. I know dealers process used cars around like popping popcorn, but please do your best to detail the interior. Not detailing the interior of the car wasn't a deal breaker, but I did get the vehicle home to detail it in/out only to find more stains, pens, fruitloops, etc. from previous owner. Point being, more time had to be spent by the customer to get the car clean. Easy fixes if time was taken by the dealer. Car was washed when we took delivery. Secondly, highly suggest the dealer check the integrity of the batteries in the cars before customers take final delivery. After we took delivery of the car, the battery went dead twice and had to charge it twice. Walser so graciously replaced the battery free of charge at a service appointment where two more recalls on the car were taken care of. Overall, I am pleased with the service Walser provided my family (thank you again Jesse).
