My wife and I have bought bought Toyotas from the Rudy Luther dealership since 1985. Over Black Friday weekend we went there to buy a new Highlander and trade in our 2005 Sienna. We were terribly disappointed by the deal we were offered there (low-balled with no effort to keep us as longtime loyal customers in the fold) and so we decided to explore other dealerships in the metro. We did a lot of research. We had heard good things about Walser Toyota and cold-called them about their on-line pricing of new Highlanders. Quentin Allen was our customer specialist on the basis of that call, and he moved swiftly and impressively to honor a better a deal and trade-in, and to persuade us it was time to shift our customer loyalty to Walser. Everything that Quentin said he would do, he did, and (unlike at Rudy Luther's) his team leader John also weighed in to seal the deal within a few days. The trade-in was done on a Wednesday, and we drove home a brand new 2012 Highlander LTD on that Friday. Very positive experience at Walser Toyota, so bravo to them and to Quentin Allen.
