Excellent dealership to buy a car!

I cannot tell you how much we appreciate the outstanding customer service and excellent reputation of Dondelinger Chevrolet! We have always had an exceptional experience every time we have bought a vehicle there! We recently purchased a High Country Silverado and had to drive to the Minneapolis area to buy it, because we would have had to wait a couple of years to get the truck by preordering the vehicle through Dondelingers, and it happened to be available in the Minneapolis area. The truck is wonderful, but the dealership was so disappointing in comparison to Dondelingers. You just feel like you trust everyone so much more at Dondelingers, from the sales staff to the managers and the service center all around! Dondelinger's staff always make you feel like you are their best customers, and I cannot thank Greg Selisker enough for the amount of time he took to explain all the details of my new Traverse! I will always recommend Dondelingers! We really hate to deal with any other dealerships at all.

New 3500 HD Truck purchase

Everything went well up to the very end. A lack of communication was had. Lifetime power train warranty was revoked on the date of the purchase because a plow was being put on for personal use. This should have been communicated right away. I felt a little blindsided. Also steps were not put on the truck, but that is a different story. I felt the permaplate package wasn't needed and it scratched up the new truck already. I won't put permaplate on again. In the finance room, I felt a little targeted about buying extending warranties from the slick salesman. I declined all offers and I would recommend that to my friends as well.

Oil change and battery new

On leader board it states labor free if we bought batteries from them but did not honor as Brian said it was old and didn’t pertain anymore but sign still up- Brian could of been more friendly to us
