no respect for their customer

I went into to inquire about a lease. I got pushed around to three different people, and 45 minutes later, I still hadn't seen a single or car or received a single offer. I'm not sure they know what they are doing. It was a horrible experience.

The sales manager is pushy constantly is trying to shift around what they will give you for a trade in, will tell you one thing and will do another, promise you things and not follow through even on the smallest things.
