I had my warranty denied because I didn't perform 30K maintenance performed at this [violative content deleted]. Service Manager, TJ, first promised to "take care" of the problem but after all lied about the cause of the problem and also charged me for the rental he ordered for me (DO NOT SIGN ANY PAPERWORK WITH ENTERPRISE RENTAL). Do yourself a favor, take your Subaru to Hodges or Glassman for any service work.
