James was outstanding to work with. He definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. From changing cars for me at the last minute to sending me pictures of my new vehicle as soon as it arrived. I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion a couple days ago and I love it! It rides smoothly, my phone connects through Bluetooth, there's a sunroof and it's very sharp looking. The service was good, the first day we went to the dealer someone came up to us right away. James Yun was our salesmen and he was very helpful!

I bought a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta. James Yun was very kind throughout the process, and never rushed me. Everything was processed in a timely manner, even when I changed my plans. I'm a third-generation Krapohl Ford buyer, and I think I had a pleasant experience for purchasing my first vehicle. I was also assured that if I ever need to have my vehicle repaired, Krapohl Ford will give me a loaner car, even if they can't fix my car and need to send it somewhere else.
