I've made appointments at other dealerships in Davison and waited 3 to 3.5 hours after I got there. McDonald's had it done in under an hour with a tire rotation. Clean facility. Super nice people. Will be going there from now on. 100%

I bought a truck from this dealership 5 months ago. I took it in for an issue with my onstar. They told me that they would diagnose the issue for free. They called to inform me that it needed a module and it was almost $700 for the repair with no idea of when the part would be in. I went there to pick up my truck and they wanted to charge for the diagnostic. After informing them that the fee was supposed to be waived I got all kinds of attitude and disrespect. I was told I could not have my keys back until the bill was paid. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they didn't have one. After arguing for awhile I finally got the name of the manager and was told to call him on Monday. I was still forced to pay the bill to get my truck back. I called on Monday to get my money back and was offered 2 oil changes instead. I told them no and that I wanted my money back instead. They said that a check would be sent in the mail. I then took my truck to another local dealership and they also diagnosed it and then called and said they ordered the part and that they where going to cover the the cost of the diagnostics, parts and labor 100%!! Needless to say I found a new dealership to go to and will not be returning.

I have purchased many cars over the years and this beyond a shadow of a doubt has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. Todd, salesman went above and beyond customer service. He was patient, thorough and very friendly. He help me navigate through what was best and what wasn’t, keeping me in the loop the entire time. I can’t say enough about him and all the staff at McDonald Chevrolet. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

If youre looking to be treated professionally and in need of a new or used vehicle then McDonald Chevrolet in Millington should be your first and last stop. Mark treated me with respect, listened to my needs, and worked to get me the best vehicle at the best price. Taking into account the service needed and the payoff for my trade I was completely amazed at the offer and the out the door cost for a new truck. Dont pass this dealership by!

Bought my first “Preowned” newer vehicle in years from McDonald Chevrolet, a dealership who relentlessly supports our kids through our schools and sports. The salesman Mitchel Ramsey was a friend of my boys who is new to the business. Everyone supported him and myself throughout the whole transaction, couldn’t have been more pleased.
