We took our Buick to this dealer for a recall that would correct a condition that could cause the engine to catch fire. Pros:

The service people were polite, even though not much mechanical car knowledge.

Cons:

very unsatisfactory results, very frustrating, no recourse.

Had Chevy truck towed to dealership for service. Service mngr. explained that they did not have a Hoist "available", and did not put truck on diagnostic.
