KIA of Lansing for life!

I just LOVE KIA of Lansing. I bought a KIA Soul about three years ago with the awesome assistance of Kody and their fabulous finance gal, Lisa. I had challenging credit but they got me into a new car. I recently went and test drove a blazer but just didn't love it so stopped at KIA of Lansing to see what they had and fresh out of detailing was a very low milage used Sorento not even listed yet. I talked to, Kody he handed me the keys and it was a done deal I had to have it. Kody and Lisa worked very hard and even stayed late that night to secure me a loan with a far better interest rate, going well into the next day but, Lisa did her magic and made it happen for me when I didn't think it was going to. I'm SO happy with my new Sorento and most importantly LOVE it. I'll never stray from KIA of Lansing again they have a lifelong customer in me. I'm just a KIA guy! New Sportage EX

This is our second time buying a car from you! It went a lot smoother, and it did not take as long as it did last time. We had a chance to test drive our Sportage. Last time we did not test drive our car three years ago. Love our sale person yesterday. He showed us how to use all the buttons on our car.

I dealt with Jacob and he was very polite and prompt. He didn't come across as a stereotypical "pushy car salesman" he was very laid back and easy to work with while still maintaining a professional attitude. He even had the car delivered to my work since we work similar hours and it was going to be tough for me to make it in before close.

Jacob was very friendly and extremely helpful in putting the deal together. Finacial work extra hard to get the numbers to line up so the deal was within my reach. Closing was quick and easy. One of my better experiences in car shopping.

The sales and financial team took great effort in getting me approved. They were able to find the vehicle that fit within the loan approval and found one that suited me quickly. Devan was awesome. Super efficient and helpful. He always had a quick answer to any of my questions. He stayed late for me multiple days because of my schedule. Being a Sales person myself, it is easy to read other Sales people. But Devan didn't feel like a salesperson at all, more of a trusted adviser, which is rare.
