Crippen GMC Buick

I feel I was treated very well and with utmost respect by everybody at the dealership. My salesman, Scott K was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the GMC Acadia I bought especially the infomation center to control the many operations of the vehicle. It was overwhelming for me at first, but he sat me down and showed and explained many things about it. I'm learning more everyday. The only aspect of our transaction that I have any concerns about was the trade in of my 2010 Chevy Equinox. I know you as a business have to make a profit or you wouldn't be a business. I also know you are not going to get the price you are asking for the Equinox. I used your website for an estimated trade-in value and what you paid me for my Equinox was below average and what you are asking is for one in exceptional condition. I know what the condition of the Equinox is and it didn't need much more than be detailed for resale. Therefore I feel I was a little bit low-balled on my end of the trade. Anyway, good job on the sale and I love the Acadia. Great car. David M
