2018 Chevy Colorado squeaky noise

Had to bring my truck in three times for the issue to get resolved. Work was done that I was charged whore that wasn’t the reason I brought it in. When the issue was finally discovered, it was a warranty issue. That being said, the dealership did everything they could to make it right with me. I was given a partial refund on work performed and some free services and exchange. I appreciated them going the extra mile to make things right with me, that means a great deal. The only issue I didn’t really appreciate was the fact that the service manager was only quick to call me when she needed something, not when I called with questions are asked her to call me back.

I took my car there after work one day for an oil Change and tire rotation. I was only supposed to be there about 45 min, but was there over an hour. They applied a coupon to my service bringing the price down significantly. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Road Hazard recheck

We had a road hazard incident in February and I brought the damaged tire back because Herb said he would take care of it for us. I also had him have someone check the underside of the car because it made so much noise when we hit the object that severed the steel belted radial and was very concerned there might be other damage underneath the car. After years of working very well primarily with Garrey and Christina, it has been nice to work with Tracy Ritsema over the past several visits. The transition has been seamless, and she and her team have done a great job of taking care of each vehicle I have brought in, and there have been several in the past few weeks. Last week, I appreciated that even though they thought my pickup cap's height may have been too tall for the car wash, they took the time to hand spray the outside, removing the worst of the spring dirt. I continue to be treated with respect and receive outstanding service each time I come in. I also appreciate Richard Labram taking the time to answer questions about my truck, and Ryan DeNooyer always making me feel welcome and offering any additional assistance I may need. Debbie Ferrell - even though she was extremely busy - took the time we needed to answer our questions and help us get to the point of acceptance - very easily and then again took extra time to help us set up our Bluetooth, onstar and cellphone pairing with our new car after her work hours. Jason Sellers and Paul Vanderkamp were also very helpful in answering additional questions and financing. Well Done!

They didn't vacuum my car...they always do that. They were really busy and backed up. I had to ask for my paperwork that they fill out regarding tire pressure, status of the car, etc. They really needed more help. Everyone was friendly & helpful as always.

Courteous service advisor. Certified used vehicle, the oil change service was great, but steering column issue was not covered by warranty. NOT PLEASED! on that issue. Overall service is excellent. They aim to please in most instances.
