Well-Done Service without the Markups

A long while ago, I ordered a Ford Maverick XL Hybrid. These at the time of typing this, was a very difficult vehicle to obtain which inevitably led to markups everywhere. For about 7-8 months I had been working with one salesman, Nick L., at the dealership. Nick was very professional and helped manage to grab me a Maverick early without markup! I was impressed and even at the typical "dealer add-ons" section they were upfront about what might be useful and what probably would't be worth it. Which considering the usual fees tacked on by dealerships was a breath of fresh air when examining the fees breakdown. Thankful for this dealer!

New Bronco Order

We have purchased two vehicles from Borgman over the years and had our F150 into their body shop as well. John in their body shop did an amazing job of taking care of me. He made sure I had a loaner and consistently communicated the status with me. He made sure everything was taken care of with our insurance provider. It was a very easy process. I explained to John I was interested in purchasing a new Bronco so he introduced me to Curt in their sales Department. Curt did a fantastic job of helping me place my order. He listened very well and helped me place an order that came much sooner than anticipated. Curt communicated well when the vehicle arrived, made sure I was taken care of with financing and explained the details of the vehicle very well. They also took care of my trade in and made it a very easy transaction for me. Brandon on their finance team had everything prepared when I showed up and it took very little time to sign the paperwork. I am happy with my purchase and even more thrilled with the experience. I look forward to doing more business with Borgman in the future.

New Car Experience is Great

My wife and I decide that we wanted to look at the new 2017 Escapes to see what was new and interesting on the 2017 models. We like the new blind side warning and rear view backup camera. We like to drive newer cars to take advantage of the newest technological features that are available. We have bought many new cars and trucks from Borgman Ford and our kids are doing the same.

When we were shopping for a small Suv little did I know we would end up back to the dealership I worked for a few years when I was going to school. Not ever expecting to still get my Ford employee discount we got our 2013 Escape for a Steal! Borgman Ford has not only brought good memories of work but also my relationship doing business with them has been well. Probably helps that I know the ownerstatus on a first name basis too! Great dealership that always wants to know how to do better every day!

I understand that with millions of cars on the road...Ford tries to get the best quality and price from it's suppliers. I am happy with my car for the most part...aside from having to buy snow tires cause it is terrible in the snow.....and the rear sits higher than the front so it's impossible for me to back up with any kind of skill..( possibly the reason is cause I'm female..so they tell me ) but on the whole....Ford rescued me twice...I really shouldn't of had to pay the towing charge.....but I have my car...it runs great....so it's all good.

F150 service

The service was very good and done in a very timely manor. I had my vehicle, F150; serviced. I have always used your dealership for service om my Ford trucks and been very happy. This time I was a little disappointed in the quality of work performed. For three days after oil change I had to remove oil spots from my driveway, not a huge problem but could be avoided by Mechanic taking a little extra time to clean spilt oil from vehicle frame. I am a retired mechanic and understand its a little extra work but can be done or take precautions to prevent. I will still continue to bring my vehicle there in the future.

One AWESOME Dealership

Borgman Ford ranks supreme. I own a 2008 Ford Fusion bought at Borgman. I needed new brakes and pads and trusted the advice of someone close. I took my car to someone other than Borgman for the 1st time. Result...they replaced the brakes for the same price as Borgman would have charged but put the cheapest quality brakes they could get their hands on. The brakes are on right and will suffice but I will have to listen to my car squeek until my brakes get changed again. Never again will my car go anywhere besides Borgman and every car I buy from here out will come from Borgman as well.
