I am not happy with the dealership

Pros:

Playplace for our kids to play at.

Cons:

Extreme hardball sales tactics.

My wife and I knew what car we wanted and with what options. We had our own financing through the local credit union also.

They didn't have the hatchback, but we test drove the car on the lot in sedan version.

We told them we would purchase the car in stock with cruise control added on.

Modern airy showroom, good selection and deals.

The buying experience at Genesee Valley Auto Mall is great.
