I am not happy with the dealership

Pros:

Playplace for our kids to play at.

Cons:

Extreme hardball sales tactics.

My wife and I knew what car we wanted and with what options. We had our own financing through the local credit union also.

They didn't have the hatchback, but we test drove the car on the lot in sedan version.

We told them we would purchase the car in stock with cruise control added on.

Quick and easy

Not real busy, so no problem with an appointment

Cons:

None.

Everything as it should be. Fast, professional, no hassle.  We got a credit card with our new car purchase which gives us $50 every 6 months to cover oil changes, etc. so most new car services which are not covered by warranty are paid for.  I can't comment on warranty work, however, since our Az...
