The most horrible service department in the State of MI.

Pros:

They give F.hills people a few jobs.....

Cons:

Everything about the place is a [violative content deleted]. They are full of it...I hate them with a passion

I had front end work done and the car was returned to me with the wheels set at such severe toe-in that I wasted a set of tires in 1000 miles, I had HORRIBLE control and the ride was horrible.  I brought it back 4 times to have them double check the car and alignment.  They couldn't figure it out.  A drunk at the bar in town who works on cars part time, pointed out what was wrong with my car after 2 minutes in the parking lot at night FOR FREE.

The $120.00 an hour service guys couldn't figure it out. Ruined my suspension and then fought me about it when I wanted them to buy me new tires and fix the problem.  I actually had to pay to fix it.  They wouldn't fix it.  I was told "if you don't like it, you can always sue us"

I almost was killed 2 times in car accidents from my car losing control in the rain.  360 degree spins across 8 lanes of the freeway because the worthelss techs can't fix a car.

Part 2......

Had some warranty work done.  They forgot to put my engine cover back on (heard it banging around on the belts awhile after I left, they left 4 different trim pieces off my car (Engine, door, dash and under seat plastic rails, broke two of my license plate bolts. Grease on my steering wheel, I can keep going. They are horrible...

Part 3.  Car has engine light on.  They charge me $120.00 to tell me "your gas cap hadn't been turned 3 clicks".  

I've caught them twice saying something was fixed or looked at and yet they never touched it.  

I only had returned my car to them because I had a warranty that I had to use them.  

Try to complain.  The rude manager will just walk away in the middle of you talking.  They also treat you like you are some bother.  

Ask anyone from the F.Hills area.  The place is known for it's horrible service department and it's semi higher prices then surrounding dealerships.

They are by far the worst place I've ever dealt with in all years of shopping, buying cars, homes..anything.  They utterly disgust me and I make sure every chance I get everyone and every site knows about it.  They are horrible.
