Do not recommend this Service Dept

Pros:

They are close to my house

Cons:

General interaction is frustrating - Service Department appears too busy and unorganized to trust

I am taking my Toyota in for service for the first time in this area, so I hope this is not the norm.  

During my initial visit to get an estimate of work needed, they took 1-1/2 hrs longer than promised.  The Service desk seemed unorganized and dealing with a lot of customer's complaints.  Up...

Pros:

I save allot of money taking my lexus up there, I have allways had good luck there

Cons:

really none to think of

I take my lexus there, and my wifes toyota. I have been there 3 times for service or maintainance the last few years, and have allways had good results, fixed first time every time. Thats why I purchase my cars there now also. Thanks Serra. I am glad I found you.

unreliable service technicians. Poor customer service.

This is the absolute worst service I have ever received from a toyota dealership! I cannot believe this repair shop is even certified to be a toyota dealer. There isn't any communication between the employees. Messages are not given to the staff regarding service orders. I had a lot of work done ...
