Last Saturday, 10 AUG 2013, I had my 50K service done at SERRA TOYOTA SCION - FARMINGTON HILLS ..on my Camry 2009 XLE and this is my fourth time to this dealer for doing my service. The first 3 times, atleast, I did not have any bad impression on this dealer . After getting the car back in evening, I saw a major dent on the frame/rim that covers the left driver's window glass. That was pretty bad. On Sunday I was shocked to find my GPS (GARMIN Nuvi) MISSING in my car. I never take stuffs out and I also did not check my belongings when they returned. I went to the to the dealer on Monday, since Sunday was off. They checked with the person that worked on the car and said they did not see it. Fair enough. They checked on my dent and "assured me" that it did not happen during their service. I guess they were playing around with my car (I see many reviews here saying so). I never cared to see their reviews till now. Looking for the first time, their reviews show what they really are. I have already spoke with couple of my friends, who go there and thay are shocked in disbelief. Avoid them if you can. I am going to pass this "appreciation" to as many people as I could possibly can through email, person and social networking site. Never felt cheated like this ever. Iam not going there for sure. I am going to raise this with TOYOTA, not hoping that I will be given justice, but just that I will feel better about it. [non-permissible content removed]
