Very Satisfied

My credit is not good but these guys did not let me leave without a vehicle. They worked with me and was extremely helpful. I've been to dealerships and was either told no or I had to put down a huge down payment. I really appreciate the hard work and effort these guys did and gave!

2013 Chrysler 300

I traded my Camaro for a Chrysler 300. I had a lot of negative equity remaining on the Camaro and salesman Andrew Bell did a great job helping me get the monthly payment down to a reasonable amount. I drove out of state for the car, and I'd definitely drive there again to work with this dealership.

We got just what we wanted!

From the minute my husband and I walked into the door, we were greeted and helped right away. Brookfield has a family atmosphere and our salesman, Demetrius, wasn't pushy at all. There was a play room for our kids so we could concentrate on our big purchase! We are so happy with our Jeep and will definitely recommend my family and friends looking for a car. Loving my Chrysler 200!

I had an excellent experience at Brookfield. From start to finish, buying my 200 was so so so so so easy. Buying a car can be discouraging and frustrating, but I am very pleased.

BUYER BEWEAR!!! Predatory Practices

Signed a purchase agreement on 3/11/15 for a 2004 Ford Freestar. Within 10 miles of leaving the dealership the van broke down and had to be towed back to the dealership. It wasn't until two days later I found out that it was the transmission and it had to be rebuilt. Now three days later I still do not have possession of the vehicle I bought. The dealership failed to inspect this vehicle before selling it. I went to the dealership to get my purchase agreement cancelled it was then that they told me (which was a lie) that there was nothing that they could do and they put responsibility on the finance company. We (dealership, Andy Beam, and myself) then placed a call to the finance company, who explained that it is in fact at the dealerships discretion to cancel the purchase agreement. I then asked Andy Beam with my attorney present if they were going to cancel the purchase agreement and was told NO. I was asking for the $500.00 down payment back and the car that I had traded in, which is little to no value to the dealership. I would think that a dealership that states on their website "The Brookfield Edge- where trust, confidence, and respect are our core values"... would be embarrassed by the way this "sale" was handled. The owner of this dealership is also quoted on his website stating that the vision of the dealership is "to improve the level of service to customers and let them know that the quality of service they can get here will not take a back seat to any other dealership." Brookfield Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Inc...left me with nothing!! I would think that returning my trade-in car and my $500.00 would be much easier than going through litigations. Who would want a vehicle that 10 minutes after purchase breaks down and needs to have a new transmission? BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
