Unecessary repairs and charge too much

Pros:

Take time to explain issues, Cafe room, shuttle

Cons:

Push to make None needed repair, charge too much.

The Naylor Nightmare continues

Pros:

water cooler and cable TV in the waiting room

Cons:

They don't fix defective vehicles, nor stand behind Chrysler.

Nightmare of an experience with Naylor Motors

Pros:

Ummm--they have a water cooler and cable TV in the waiting room?

Cons:

They do not fix the problems and do not stand behind their vehicles or company.

I purchased a new Town and Country in 2006 at Naylor Motors, Ann Arbor, a Five Star Chrysler Dealer.
