Internet Sales people were very straightforward and quick. Gave me real numbers to work on. Haggled a bit but all those time, I never had to deal with BS which I got from the other dealers I spoke with --- both floor and internet. Plus, they gave me the highest trade in value for my 2005 PT Cruiser Touring � same with what Carmax gave me --- and I think, that rarely happens. And I was in and out of the dealership to pick up my car in a snap!
