Lease parameters for GL320 CDI

I am interested in leasing a 2008 GL320 CDI. I need current MF & residuals for 33 and 36 month leases at 10,000 and 12,000 miles. Dealer gave me numbers of 59% and .00185 for 12k and 33 mos. If I am reading other's posts correctly, I can do better. I cant be sure with the 33 (not 36) months though. Any advice on 33 vs. 36 mos? I am expecting to pay invoice for this truck in DC metro area- is this reasonable?

I don't understand that either. I have 3 mos left on an 06' R and would trade today....but don't want to take the hit!! It doesn't make sense not to have the same program?

There are still some incredible leases available if you have a Chrysler Employee family member. And there is some additional negotiating that can be done. We leased at the end of April and got Black on Black R350 4Matic with P2, ipod, 7 seat, and heated seats. MSRP $55,010, $415 per mo including 6% tax, 33 mos, 10k per year, about $1,600 at signing for first payment, acq, plate, and taxes. If in the market for this excellent vehicle, I would see if there is anyway to qualify for employee discounted pricing.

In South Fl for $5300 down , lease for 39 mos is $399. The vehicle includes PI package, auto tranny, metallic paint and cd changer. Only problem is 10K miles per year. High residual built into lease- 60% this due to fact is new car.

Geez - $2K below invoice???? Care to share any info. My email is fomcgehee at yahoo dot com. Now we're talking. I'm gettin sick & tired of habing my local salesman he can't talke much more off because he's got a family to feed. Welll, guess what so do I and I bet it's bigger than yours :) Seriously, glfan, i would appreciate any info or from others for that matter. Tomorrow being the end of thebmoth and my 7 mos pregnant wife's birthday, I figure tomorrow would be my best shot for now. I've got cash in hand..... Thanks for any help from anybody. You asked what deal I got. I don't buy new. I buy slightly used. Have bought last 3 MB's each with less than 5,000 mi. on them. It takes a while but it's worth it. In 2005 bought an almost new (90 days old) 2005 SLK350 with only 1,800 mi on it for almost 17% off msrp. This was only 6 mos. after introduction of new model. 2 yrs later traded it on a 2007 SLK350 ( 5 months old and only 2700 mi ) for same type of discount. The 2007 had $5,000 more equipment than the 2005. Differance out of pocket at trade time was less than $10,000. Bought both SLK's in early Feb when convertible sales were slow.
